PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law.

SHIPPING

All our items are sent via standard mail or via Express Post for all Human Hair. No insurance or cover is available with express post or normal mail. Please ask us to register your item if you want more security for your item. We will assist you in finding any lost item however we take no responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of lost or damaged mail nor from late delivery.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
At Boutique Hair Extensions, it is our desire for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and the customer service you receive while shopping with us.
If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, or find that it is not suitable for your needs, please contact us immediately upon receipt. It will be our pleasure to work with you so we may provide you with a more pleasing product, or one that is more suitable.
Please follow the below policies and guidelines when contacting us and performing a return or exchange:

*All human hair sales are FINAL. On human hair products, we will NOT accept returns. We WILL accept exchanges, provided the below procedures are followed, and ALL conditions are met.
This policy is enforced in order to hygenically protect our customers and our inventory, as well to enable us to keep our prices competitive.

* Please contact us so that we may discuss the exchange/return and then provide you with a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and address to which the return/exchange may be sent. This RAC code MUST be obtained and placed/written on the outside of the package containing the merchandise that you will send back to us. We will use this RAC to verify and properly identify the customer, the returned product, the product replacement needed and to keep track of conversations we have had regarding this transaction.
It is very important that we have this communication with you prior to performing a return or exchange, and are able to provide you with this RAC before you send back any merchandise. Any merchandise sent to us without the RAC will NOT be accepted.

* DO NOT WEAR THE HAIR EXTENSIONS if you think you may want to exchange them. We WILL NOT perform exchanges for any human or Synthetic hair product that has been used/worn.
The hair must be: UNUSED, UNWORN, cannot have been washed or exposed to smells such as smoke, food, perfume or body odors in order for us to accept in  return or exchange.
Hair must be sent back to us in the original packaging and in the unaltered condition in which it arrived to you.
Any product sent back to us that does not arrive in the above stated condition will be REFUSED, and returned to the customer ONLY at the customer's expense.

* Returns/Exchanges must be sent back to us with signature confirmation. This is for your protection. We will need to be able to verify that we did receive the return shipment.

* Shipping charges are non-refundable.

* If you wish to do a return or exchange, we must be notified within 10 days of the receipt of your order.

* Depending on the circumstances, some returns and exchanges can take some time to be settled. We will communicate with you during this process.
Please allow up to two weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed.

 Boutique Hair Extensions shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if  Boutique Hair Extensions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by  Boutique Hair Extensions without notice at any time, for any reason.
The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

 Boutique Hair Extensions may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Boutique Hair Extensions.

PRIVACY POLICY

1) This store does collect demographic data and personal data to provide you a better internet experience.

2) Your personal details will remain private and confidential. We will never sell, rent, barter or share your personal details in any way with any other company. All data collected is for our internal use only.

3) We hate spam as much as you do. Actually, I think we hate it more since we get something like 100-odd junk e-mails each day. So, we will NEVER send you any unsolicited e-mail. If you choose to subscribe to our free weekly newsletter, you will receive your newsletter once every week. Clear unsubscribe details are always shown on the newsletter.

4) If you choose not to receive our free weekly newsletter, we will only contact you to answer your queries and/or send you your order confirmation. We will not contact you anytime else.

5) We may from time to time, send you pertinent information on special offers, giveaways or special discounts should you choose to subscribe to it. In any case, you will receive no more than one (1) of such e-mail every week.

6) This site does use cookies. However, we do not keep any of your personal details on cookies. We simply store your Customer ID (just a number) in cookie format. This Customer ID does not correlate to any of your personal information. We also store your first name on cookie format to personalise this website. This cookie is only present if you have not registered as a member of our site. If you are a member, then the only cookie that we use is the Customer ID cookie.

7) We may from time to time post up surveys to measure your response to certain new additions to the website. As a rule, you are never forced to fill in these surveys. Furthermore, should you choose to fill in the surveys, you can choose to remain anonymous.

8) Boutique Hair Extensions does will from time to time run sweepstakes on our website. Any information entered through these sweepstakes also complies with this privacy policy. We will never ever share your personal details with another company.
